PRESCRIPTIONS & REFILLS
For prescription refills, please allow 48 hours for non-emergent medication. Requests for medication refills will not be processed outside business hours.
EMERGENCY & AFTER HOURS
The “Always One On Plan” is our commitment to having a physician available to provide our patients with quality orthopaedic care every hour of every day.
If you are having an emergency, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Room. If you are having an orthopaedic emergency and are at Venice Regional Bayfront Health, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, or Doctors Hospital of Sarasota, you may request one of our physicians for your inpatient care. Simply inform the emergency room personnel to notify Dr. Jaquith and Dr. Mehserle at 941-497-2663.
If it is after hours and you have a change in your orthopaedic condition, currently being treated by our physicians, you may call our office and leave a message with the answering service and a physician will return your call.
In the rare event neither physician is available, appropriate orthopaedic coverage will be available through the same process as above.
Please call during regular business hours for billing and insurance matters.

We are located in the Southbridge Park office complex at the corner of Center Road and Tamiami Trail.
Note: Complex entrance is off Center Road.
From US 41 Bypass – turn west on Center Road light between Walgreens and Starbucks. Southbridge Park will be ahead on your right. Turn into the first entrance into the complex and park to the right. Suite #602 is located in Building 1525 on the front right corner of the complex.
From Business US 41 (Tamiami Trail) – turn east onto Center Road. Turn left into the second entrance into Southbridge Park and park to the right. Suite #602 is located in Building 1525 on the front right corner of the complex.
